Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $150 *after discounts.

We know you need your product so we have made sure our team is ready to process them ASAP!  All ÁMEZSKIN.COM orders ship same same day or the following business day if placed too late in the day (Monday - Friday excluding major Holidays). Our shipping carriers are FED EX, UPS and USPS. We urge you to take advantage of our FED EX 2 DAY AIR shipping option for a quicker delivery experience and expect standard delivery to take a bit longer. Our product ships from Los Angeles, CA.

For Two Day Shipping, the order must be placed on a business day by 12:00pm PST to ensure the “2 Day” delivery. All Two Day orders placed within the stated business days will arrive with “2 Day” delivery via Fed Ex.  We are not responsible for any carrier delays, however.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few extra business days with standard shipping. Please select the shipping option that best satisfies your delivery needs during "Checkout."

We currently ship to EU.  If your country is not serviced, please email us to ask about shipping options.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION

If you need to change or cancel an order you have already placed, please email us immediately. Order changes must be made prior to us shipping your order. We will always do our best to meet all your needs.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we can offer a store credit or will absolutely replace your product should it arrive damaged. In the case of an issue, please snap a quick photo and immediately email us.
